It can bear voltage up to 16kv/mm and withstand high temperature ranging from minus 40 to 250 degrees centigrade. As a compound of silicone rubber and glass fabric, glass fabric coated with silicone rubber has all the advantages that the silicone rubber has, and is therefore widely used in fields like medical treatment and sanitation, chemistry, electronics, building, and space navigation, etc.
